The international online debate event series Context, Contrast, Continuity – Heritage Conservation and Urban Development focuses on the ways in which the needs of conservation and the requirements of development can be managed in the urban context. How can historically developed urban fabrics/structures or singular buildings withstand the pressure for change from the real estate industry or the demand for housing?
The third season of Context, Contrast, Continuity focuses on thethe ways in which sue both the ×´White City×´ of Tel Aviv and the ×´Neues Frankfurt×´ dealt with the need to provide affordable housing while implementing the newest planning ideas and technologies of the time.
The new season starts on Thursday, 27 April 2023 at 7 pm German time at the Produktionshaus Naxos in Frankfurt as Pecha Kucha Night:How can Global Cities Reach Housing Affordability?
